Just like us, i'm sure you all thought this was an actual track for an upcoming Hov album or a throwaway track.  Unfortunately it isn't neither, in fact this seems to be a reference track for Diddy-Dirty Money's T-Pain approved/auto-tuned filled Last Train to Paris.
